System Builds

System Builds are the production of a variety of computer systems, from desktops, gaming rigs, dedicated servers, laptops and increasingly embedded and mobile systems.

System Builds can be done for custom systems, and it is quite common to have a particular computer system built with specific components and improved cooling systems, to perhaps overclock a system or to extend the overall life and stability of a computer system. Computer system cases can be modified (modded) so they can fit in a certain location or be seen as objects of art.

Often system builders will offer a standard style of computer system, this allows a System Builder to achieve economy of scales in production and component purchasing. Standard computers are a general computer system that maybe positioned for a particular style of task, though will generally have less options than a custom build.
